Angelique advises beneficiaries, trustees, attorneys and guardians of property and personal care, dependants, and other claimants. Her strengths include forging creative solutions to her clients’ legal issues relating to both power of attorney/guardianship matters and trusts and estates. She has been recognized for her work in trusts and estates law in The Best Lawyers of Canada publication since 2020. She is an Executive member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the Ontario Bar Association and currently acts in the Public Affairs Liaison position. Angelique has chaired and spoken at a various continuing legal education events, including at the Ontario Bar Association; the Law Society of Ontario; the B’Nai Brith Seminar; and at Osgoode Professional Development Programs. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2005 after receiving her law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and an Honours BA in English from the University of Toronto, Angelique has practised estate, trust and capacity litigation since 2009. In 2016, she and Angela Casey formed Casey & Moss LLP, a firm which focuses exclusively on estate, trust and capacity litigation, as well as estate administration. Canadian LawyerMagazine recognized Casey & Moss LLP as one of the Top 10 Wills and Estates Boutique Firms in Canada.
