Anna Marrison advocates for health care clients and their staff in complex civil claims and administrative matters. Marrison provides advice on a wide range of health law-related issues including uninsured/private health services, disclosure obligations, the release of personal health information to third parties, regulatory college proceedings and litigation, and legal issues relating to telehealth. Marrison has acted as lead counsel before all levels of courts in Ontario and the Supreme Court of Canada, and has appeared before administrative tribunals, including Coroner’s Inquests, the Health Professionals Appeal and Review Board (on physician privileging disputes and regulatory college appeals), regulatory colleges, and the Consent and Capacity Board. Marrison obtained an LLB from the University of Toronto and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
