Acts for real estate development firms, shopping centres, private companies, public agencies, charities, and individuals on official plan, zoning bylaw amendments, plan of subdivision, site-plan, part lot control, and variance applications and appeals. Appeared before municipal councils, committees of adjustment, the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Conservation Review Board, and the courts. Acted for Dream Unlimited and Great Gulf on the development of the Quayside lands in the Central Waterfront, RioCan REIT, Allied Properties REIT, Oxford Properties, KingSett Capital, First Capital, and Tenblock in the redevelopment of various properties across the GTA, and Waterfront Toronto in the redevelopment of the West Don Lands, East Bayfront, and Central Waterfront. Recognized as one of Lexpert’s Rising Stars: Leading Lawyers Under 40. Recipient of Precedent Magazine’s Setter Award. Inducted into the Cambridge Sports Hall of Fame in 2022 and the University of Western Ontario Sports Hall of Fame in 2019.
