Antoine Brylowski is a partner in Langlois Lawyers' Litigation group. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of banking, securities, product liability, professional liability and class actions.In addition to having extensive experience pleading before all levels of Quebec courts, Antoine frequently advises and assists clients in connection with urgent and extraordinary remedies aimed at recovering assets or confidential and personal information following cybersecurity incidents (Anton Piller orders, Mareva injunctions, Norwich orders and seizures before judgment). He also defends a variety of financial services sector stakeholders in civil and disciplinary matters. Antoine advises corporations and individuals in connection with regulatory and penal investigations. He has acted and represented clients in regulatory investigations involving seizures, searches, restraint orders, charges and penal or administrative court proceedings.
