Audrey Bouffard-Nesbitt is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault LLP’s Financial Services Group in Calgary. Audrey’s practice is focused on structuring and completing domestic and international loan transactions, with significant experience advising both lenders and borrowers on project financings in the energy sector. Combining her technical knowledge with her passion for making people feel connected and empowered, Audrey is known for her ability to guide deal teams and transactions across the finish line.
