Hendrickson has practised in the securities area for over 25 years, including as senior legal counsel with the OSC, specializing in real estate syndication, private equity, crypto trading platforms, venture capital and investment funds. Hendrickson has been involved in numerous transactions and has been counsel for dozens of public and private companies, advising them on capital raising, M&A, take-overs, corporate structuring, fund formation, debt & equity financing, corporate governance strategies and effective securities compliance programs.
