As a partner at a large national law firm, Belinda Rossi’s practice has concentrated on complex, high net worth separations involving significant corporate interests, trusts, income determination, and sophisticated valuation issues. Given the nature of her practice, she regularly assists with the resolution of hybrid legal issues arising on family law cases, including shareholder disputes, trust claims, fraud recovery, tax, and estate issues. She is a trusted advisor to financial professionals on family law matters. She will work tirelessly to achieve successful outcomes for her clients. Multiple legal resources have reported decisions in which she has been counsel. While having extensive litigation experience, she promotes the timely resolution of cases without resort to litigation, including through mediation and arbitration. She has lectured on income determination issues. In addition to volunteering as a coach/advisor for the Law Society of Ontario’s CAN Network, she is very active in the business community, including serving on the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors, finance committee, and women’s leadership committee.
