Benjamin Radcliffe is a partner and leader of Dickinson Wright’s Commercial Leasing Group. He advises major landlords and tenants across Canada on sophisticated leasing transactions for commercial retail, office, and industrial space. Benjamin has represented national and international retailers on their leasing and expansion needs, as well as industrial tenants and landlords in the distribution and manufacturing industries. Clients will often engage Benjamin to assist with and resolve complex lease disputes on behalf of both landlords and tenants. During the pandemic, Benjamin guided companies through the impact of new leasing legislation and case law. Benjamin is a presenter and moderator at seminars for legal and leasing industry organizations. He is also a frequent contributor to leasing publications. Benjamin is recognized in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory for his work in Property Leasing. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
