Benoit Brouillette is a partner in Lavery's Labour and Employment Law Group. He serves a clientele that includes private, public and parapublic organizations and assists them in their daily and strategic management of human resources and labour relations. Mr. Brouillette represents employers before administrative tribunals and courts of justice. He also acts as an employer spokesperson or strategic adviser in the negotiation of collective agreements. Within his practice, he provides training adapted to the specific needs of organizations on a variety of topics such as the impact of social media in the workplace, psychological harassment, collective bargaining, workplace accommodation measures, absenteeism management and performance management.
