Braden works with banks, private lenders, issuers and sponsors in various debt finance transactions, including: syndicated credit facilities; project financing; real estate financing; restructuring financing (including exit loans and debtor-in-possession loans). Having worked as an associate with other leading international law firms in London, Braden possesses a deep understanding of local and foreign markets, particularly in how best to complete a financing across multiple jurisdictions. He regularly acts as a lead and local counsel on cross-border and international transactions.
