Brennan is a partner at BLG and practises commercial real estate and development law, providing legal services to a large cross-section of clients. He provides practical, efficient, and timely advice to his clients for all types of commercial real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leasing, joint venture, and development arrangements and financings. Brennan’s expertise includes working with public and quasi-public clients, including various hospitals, colleges, and municipalities, such as William Osler Health System, Niagara Health System, and Mohawk College. Projects for these clients include the design, build, financing, operation, and maintenance of privately managed long-term-care homes, medical office buildings, and student residences. He also works closely with real estate professionals and in-house legal counsel for some of Canada's largest commercial and retail players, including Bell Canada, Circle-K, and Northland Power, to deal with their most important real estate matters. Brennan is also very active in the Urban Land Institute (ULI), having joined the Product Council on University Development and Innovation in 2019. LLB, University of Western Ontario, 1999. (ATS or the Company) completed the acquisition of all shares of M+W Process Automation GmbH and ProFocus LLC, collectively M+W PA, a leading global provider of engineering-based automation services and solutions focused on the control, performance monitoring and measurement of critical production processes. The purchase price based on enterprise value of approximately €248 million (C$362 million at current exchange rates) is subject to net debt and working capital adjustments.
