Brian Kearl is a partner in our Tax group in Calgary. He practices in all areas of tax law, with a particular focus on public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity fund formations and transactions, business reorganizations, cross-border financings, and Indigenous business development. Brian advises clients on tax issues and planning techniques related to public and private companies, income trusts, First Nations and Métis taxation, corporate and commercial transactions, and cross-border migrations and transactions.
