Carmine Boskovich is the co-leader of the Real Estate Law practice group. She advises commercial and industrial real estate clients on major transactions as well as on day-to-day issues. She is also a member of the firm’s Indigenous group and the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Carmine provides practical advice on major real estate acquisitions and development, infrastructure projects and asset-based commercial transactions. Carmine works with many privately held and publicly listed clients, including Fortis BC, Lafarge Canada, Teck Resources, Polaris Materials and Canadian Pacific Railway. Carmine is involved with Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) of Vancouver and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). She also is a long-time supporter of Dress for Success Vancouver and the YWCA.
