She provides strategic advice to clients during all stages of the procurement and construction process, and has a breadth of experience advising developers and contractors on a variety of disputes including negligence claims, delay, builders’ liens, defects in design and workmanship, enforcement of restrictive covenants, as well as residential and commercial real estate development.
