Chris Sheridan

Chris’s practice primarily involves corporate income tax planning and general income tax advisory with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and investments into Canada by non-Canadians. His practice also includes tax dispute resolution and tax litigation. Chris is a frequent speaker on tax matters and has published articles in numerous journals. He is on the editorial board of the journal Corporate Structures and Groups and is a two-time winner of the Douglas J. Sherbaniuk Distinguished Writing Award.
