Christina Doria

Christina Doria co-chairs Baker McKenzie’s International Arbitration group in North America. She advises clients on complex business litigation and arbitration. Christina is a trusted legal advisor who clients say is a “pleasure to work with”. She is described as having “extraordinarily strong counsel skills”, “a calm and compelling presentation style”, “excellent knowledge of case law”, and being “articulate, intuitive, well prepared and detail oriented”. Christina cares about her clients’ businesses and in helping them achieve their goals, she “quickly grasps complex subject matter relevant to tactical, strategic and technical issues of the case.” Christina has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the courts of Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. She frequently writes and speaks on litigation and arbitration matters. Christina is a leader. She is on the steering committee of the Firm's global IA group, and a founding member of the Firm's Women in Arbitration group.
