Christine is a senior litigation lawyer in the McKercher LLP Saskatoon office with a focus on professional malpractice, personal injury and commercial litigation, as well as administrative law in a broad range of subject areas. She has extensive trial experience in all levels of courts in Saskatchewan. She is the Past Chair of the firm’s Health Law Practice Group, current member of the prestigious American College of Trial Lawyers, past member of the Management Board of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association, Past President of the Saskatchewan Branch of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) and Past Chair of the National Health Law Section of the CBA. She lectures to professional organizations on numerous topics including trial advocacy, expert witnesses and administrative law. She has been acknowledged as Saskatchewan Female Litigator of the Year in 2013 and Saskatchewan Litigator of the Year in 2015 and 2016 by Benchmark Canada. She has been listed as a Leading Practitioner in The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and has been recognized by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in Canada 2024 for Personal Injury Litigation in Saskatoon. She was called to the Bar in 1981 and appointed KC in 1999.
