Christine is a principal at Legacy Tax + Trust Lawyers. Christine received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School where she graduated magna cum laude in May 2006. Christine practised as an associate in the Chicago office of an international law firm in its Private Clients, Trusts & Estate Group and articled in the Vancouver office of an international law firm in its Trusts, Wills, Estates and Charities Group. Christine practises in the area of estate planning, trust administration, estate administration, and related tax matters, with a focus on cross border US-Canada transactions, including estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer tax issues. Christine also advises US citizens and green card holders with respect to US expatriation tax rules and US tax compliance issues. Christine has authored and published, and is a frequent presenter on many of these topics.
