Chrystelle Chevalier-Gagnon

Chrystelle is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group and the Industry Group leader of our National Retail and Consumer Markets Group. She brings a creative and innovative approach to getting deals done. Her practice focuses on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and complex ownership and governance structures. Chrystelle regularly represents US, European and other international clients investing in Canada, as well as Canadian clients investing abroad.   She is a trusted advisor for private and public companies and organizations of multiple sizes across our Retail and Consumer Markets sectors, agrifood and food, forestry, energy and sustainable mobility. Chrystelle is a regular speaker at conferences, where she notably presents on M&A and private equity subject matters. She is an active member in her community, acting as director for various not-for-profit organizations. Chrystelle is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
