Corey Willard is a partner in Gowling WLG's Ottawa office who serves his clients in both official languages. His broad litigation practice includes medical defence, health law, professional liability, general commercial disputes, and tax matters. Corey has appeared before various levels of court in Canada and has conducted trials with and without juries. He has gained considerable experience in dealing with the use of technology in litigation and regulatory investigations, and has also represented clients before administrative and regulatory tribunals, including the Ontario Physicians and Surgeons Discipline Tribunal. Corey tirelessly defends and protects his clients' reputations and advises his clients on complex privacy-related issues. Active in community work, while working in Washington, DC, Corey volunteered with Presidential Classroom, a program that reached out to the next generation of leaders from around the world.
