Craig is the chair of McDougall Gauley LLP’s Insolvency and Restructuring Practice Team and the Canada Bar Association Insolvency Law Saskatchewan Section. Craig is an experienced commercial litigator, and regularly acts for court officers, creditors, and financially distressed companies in court proceedings under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act, and The Personal Property Security Act, 1993 (Saskatchewan). Craig has been recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in the areas of Insolvency and Financial Restructuring Law and Corporate Commercial Litigation, and has successfully represented clients before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and the Court of King’s Bench for Manitoba.
