Craig is a partner with Cuming & Gillespie, and his practice is focused on serious personal injury, medical malpractice and class action litigation. Craig started his career as a clerking student with the Alberta Court of Appeal and Trial Court and began practising at Macleod Dixon (Norton Rose). Craig has since built a practice acting for those seriously injured by the fault of others in Alberta and across Canada through strong referral networks. Craig also has extensive experience in handling large loss claims arising from medical errors. Craig has published many articles and papers on discovery practice, trial preparation, personal injury and medical malpractice and is a frequent presenter at CLE conferences. Craig currently sits on the Calgary branch of the Canadian Bar Association executive. He provides case law updates and commentary for the Personal Injury and Health Law Practice Groups. Craig is the past President of the CBA Injury Section and past President of the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association. Craig is married with two children and enjoys golf and hockey in his free time.
