Craig Vander Zee is partner in Torkin Manes’ trusts and estates and litigation groups. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a specialist in estates and trusts law. His practice includes all aspects of estate, trust, capacity, fiduciary, and power of attorney disputes and litigation for clients consisting of individuals, private companies, trust companies, government agencies, and other organizations. His extensive experience includes matters involving trusts, estate administration, probate applications, passing of accounts, the appointment or removal of estate trustees, trustees, or guardians, guardianship, powers of attorney, the validity or interpretation of wills, capacity, undue influence, estate or trust claims, breaches of trust, claims against an estate including dependant support claims, minors, the incapable, and professional negligence. He is a very experienced estate mediator, past chairman of the Ontario Bar Association's trusts and estates section, and a past member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP)'s executive (Toronto branch).
