Dan has a dual construction practice and represents clients across Canada from the inception through to the end of all types of construction, infrastructure, and alternative financing projects, including procurement, risk management, contract drafting, claims management, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. Dan has represented all parties in the construction chain, from public and private owners, financial institutions, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects and engineers. He prepares and negotiates all forms of contracts and agreements used throughout the construction and infrastructure projects, including traditional construction forms, design-build agreements, public-private partnerships, engineering and architect agreements, supply contracts, and others. Dan has advised clients on a variety of construction, and infrastructure projects in various sectors, including transportation, energy, and mining. He has also been involved in litigation and dispute resolution in respect of construction contract and negligence disputes, professional negligence, lien claims, delay claims, surety bond matters, and multi-party complex litigation. Dan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2000 and received his LLB from the University of Western Ontario.
