Daniel P. Botelho is a partner at Brattys LLP with over 20 years of experience in land development and commercial real estate law. He specializes in condominium and freehold developments, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and commercial leasing. Daniel has worked on significant condominium projects and real estate developments in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area and handles portfolio transactions involving retail, commercial, and industrial properties. He also represents financial institutions and borrowers in loan transactions and provides leasing services to landlords and tenants.
