Daniela Pacheco’s practice is dedicated to plaintiff-side medical malpractice and traumatic injury litigation. Celebrated as a passionate thought leader in the legal community, she is a key resource for Neinstein’s medical malpractice lawyers. She routinely acts as counsel in complex multi-party medical malpractice trials and appeals, with many appearances before the Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal. Pacheco serves on the Board of Directors for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and completed her tenure as chair of the Medical Malpractice Section of OTLA in 2020. She also served as chair of the Women’s Caucus for two consecutive years and was awarded an OTLA Women’s Caucus Award in 2017. She is regularly asked to speak and lecture on issues relevant to medical malpractice law by legal media, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates’ Society, the Law Society of Ontario, and the Temerty Faculty of Medicine at the University of Toronto (Mississauga Academic of Medicine).
