Danielle quarterbacks highly complex matters that involve litigation, corporate, real estate, estate planning and/or tax issues. She represents trust companies, financial institutions, fiduciaries (including estate trustees during litigation), high-net-worth families, beneficiaries, charities and not-for-profit organizations. She is regularly retained to resolve high-conflict matters such as those involving the conduct of fiduciaries, family and private corporation succession issues, and mental capacity matters. Danielle brings a thoughtful approach to her clients’ problems, and uses her experience in negotiation, mediation, and specialized court proceedings to find solutions. She is experienced in the administration of trusts and estates and advises her clients on a broad range of topics.
