Dario Pietrantonio focuses on the fields of business law and intellectual property. He counsels clients primarily with regards to the management, protection, enforcement, and commercialization of intellectual property rights and business law more generally such as acquisitions, financings, technology transfers, franchise, and distribution agreements. He also advises clients with regards to contentious matters of a commercial nature including more particularly those involving intellectual property rights. He joined ROBIC in 1994 and has been a principal since 2002. He is a member of the firm's management team and co-lead of both its trademarks and business law practice groups. He oversees the firm’s marketing activities and special projects. He also serves as an officer and member of the board of directors of several Canadian subsidiaries of multinational clients.
