Darren is a founding partner of O’Keefe & Sullivan, a boutique firm focusing on insolvency and restructuring matters in the Atlantic Region. In addition to providing legal advice to debtor companies seeking to restructure, Darren counts several chartered banks, national, and multinational companies as clients. Darren is the chair of the Canadian Bar Association Insolvency chapter in Newfoundland and Labrador and teaches bankruptcy and insolvency law at the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador.
