Practice focuses primarily on complex and strategic technology-related transactions, including technology procurement, business process and technology-based outsourcings, IT systems development, integration and implementation projects, inbound and outbound technology licensing, cloud (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) services agreements, telecommunications services agreements, supply agreements, data sharing arrangements, joint venture and other strategic alliance arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, and financings. Also provides strategic advice with respect to technology and data commercialization, intellectual property, e-commerce, privacy and data protection, cybersecurity, procurement, open-source software, blockchain, artificial intelligence, anti-spam, and social media. Authors publications on numerous topics, including big data, Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, cloud computing, procurement law, cybersecurity, and start-up issues.
