Over the past decade, David deVere recovered millions of dollars in settlements for injured patients and their families in cases against surgeons (general, vascular, orthopedic), cardiologists, emergency physicians, and general and family physicians, as well as nurses, chiropractors, and dentists. For the past 15 years, he has focused his practice on medical negligence claims for injured patients and their families. Medical malpractice claims are difficult, and his years of experience doing these cases have resulted in him having a great deal of respect and admiration for the medical community which, for the most part, does amazing work.
