David is a former occupational therapist turned disability lawyer. His practice focuses exclusively on representing clients in claims involving long-term disability insurance, CPP disablity, workers compensation, and the disability tax credit. He is the author of several books, including A Beginner's Guide to Disability Insurance Claims in Canada; The Beginner's Guide to CPP Disability; and The CPP Disability Application Workbook. David lives in New Brunswick, but represents clients nationwide. He is a called to the bar in Ontario, Alberta, Nova Scotia, New Bruswick, Prince Edward Island, and Newfoundland and Labrador. David is a past president of the Atlantic Provinces Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. David is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a bachelor degree in occupational therapy (1997), a master of science degree in occupational therapy (2001), and a JD (2004).
