David Reynolds

Dave Reynolds is a partner in Miller Thomson’s financial services group. His practice is focused on commercial lending and private business transactions. He advises banks, other institutional lenders, and corporate borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured lending transactions. His experience also includes syndicated transactions, single-lender transactions, financing of day-to-day operations, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, real estate financing, greenhouse project finance, fund financing, financing of REITs, wholesale automotive financing, and domestic and cross-border transactions.
