Dev Singh is Co-Leader of Fasken's Banking and Finance group, and a member of the Firm’s ESG Steering Committee and Student Committee. Dev’s practice concentrates on domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions and other debt financings in a variety of industries including mining, health care, food & beverage, telecommunications, media and retail. Dev has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in a variety of debt finance transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, bridge loans, acquisition financings, project financings, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, intercreditor arrangements and secured creditor issues. Dev received his JD from Western University and a MBA from Richard Ivey School of Business.
Torex Gold Resources Inc., through its subsidiary Minera Media Luna, S.A de C.V., signed a credit agreement dated as of August 6, 2014, with BMO Harris Bank N.A., BNP Paribas, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, ING Bank N.V., Société Générale, and The Bank of Nova Scotia on a syndicated senior secured US$375 million project finance facility that is due to mature June 30, 2022.
