Emma Johnston is a litigator who advises Canadian and international clients on construction, insurance, product liability, insolvency, and general commercial litigation. She often advises residential, banking, commercial, and industrial construction clients on construction lien matters throughout Canada, including the continued implementation and impacts of prompt payment legislation.
