Emmanuelle Poupart

Emmanuelle is the Managing Partner of the Quebec Region and a partner in the firm’s Montreal Litigation Group. She has a general litigation practice in professional liability, class actions related to pharmaceutical products and other consumer products and insurance for policyholders. Emmanuelle frequently acts as lead counsel for doctors in a wide variety of negligence and discipline cases, and has experience at trial and appellate level and before administrative tribunals.
