Éric Bédard is a partner and leader, Strategic Advisory Services, as well as a member of our global management committee. Recognized in the business circles of Québec and Europe, Éric served as the managing partner for the Québec region at Fasken from 2011 to 2023. A true leader in the community, he sits on the boards of directors of several public and private institutions and presides over many charitable events. Since 2024, Éric serves as Chairman of the Board of Montréal International. As a lawyer, Éric practises primarily in the areas of labour and administrative law and provides strategic advice. Public and private sector companies rely on Éric’s services during certifications and collective bargaining. He has vast experience in administrative reviews and injunctions and defends the interests of clients before different courts.
