Esther S.J. Ms. Oh advises on charity and not-profit law matters, including incorporation and organization, complex charitable status applications, corporate governance procedures, national and international corporate restructuring, governance disputes, dissolution, legal risk management reviews and child protection issues. Called to the Ontario Bar in 2002, Ms. Oh is a member of the Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association, and has written numerous articles on charity and not-for-profit legal issues for The Lawyer’s Daily, www.carters.ca and the Charity & NFP Law Bulletin.
