For 20+ years, Eugene has been the first contact for provincial and municipal entities and their insurers for claims against police, paramedics and road authorities, as well as novel and complex tort claims including class proceedings. Eugene’s discretion and practical advice are exceptional. Knowing that the most successful cases are often those that are resolved quickly, he conducts a thorough early-stage assessment of each matter to determine its merits and develop exit strategies. In addition, Eugene meets with clients to conduct preventative training and advise on specific issues and practices.
