François Joli-Coeur’s practice focuses on privacy and cybersecurity law. François is a partner in the Toronto and Montreal offices. His expertise centres on Canadian and global privacy and data protection laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act), in particular, issues relating to big data, cross-border data flows, ad tech and fintech. François also works in the areas of compliance with Canadian and global privacy and data protection laws as well as responding to security and cyber incidents, and guiding clients from the investigation to the notification phases.
