Frank Robinson is a leading franchise law practitioner in Canada, advising some of the best known domestic and international franchise companies, including structuring and expansion strategies, distribution, and supply arrangements, drafting and negotiating all manner of franchise contracts, dispute management, mergers & acquisitions, and compliance with Canadian franchise legislation.
