Gabrielle Scorer is a founding partner of Roper Greyell and a trusted legal advisor to her clients, many of whom she has acted for throughout her career. Her clients include public and private sector organizations in the municipal, retail, transportation, and manufacturing fields, in unionized and non-union environments. As an advocate, she is a skilled and articulate lawyer for her clients in grievance arbitrations, court actions, and labour board matters. A significant part of her practice involves advising and appearing as counsel on employment-related human rights issues such as complaints of age, gender, and disability discrimination in the workplace. She also conducts investigations and provides training on a wide range of legal issues which arise in the modern workplace, including attendance and disability management, the use of technology/social media, and privacy. Through training and education she provides her clients with an understanding of best practices and equips them to identify and address issues as they arise.
