Gary S. Rosen

Gary Rosen is a partner in Miller Thomson’s labour & employment group. He acts as a legal counsel and advisor to small, medium-sized, and large businesses, as well as public and private companies before all levels of Quebec’s civil courts and specialized administrative tribunals. His practice covers all aspects of labour and employment law, involving matters such as applications for certification, successorship and common employer issues, collective bargaining and grievance arbitration and pay equity, as well as counselling his clients in respecting of their day to day employment law needs, such as discipline and discharge, harassment claims, and disputes relating to restrictive covenants.
