Georgina is a senior family law lawyer and founding partner at the Toronto firm of Carson Chousky Lein LLP. Georgina holds a BAH degree from Queen’s University and an LLB from the University of Toronto. Georgina has practised exclusively in the area of family law for over 30 years. She has been recognized by both Lexpert and Best Lawyers for her work in family law. Georgina’s solutions-based approach helps clients resolve complex custody, support, property, taxation and jurisdictional issues through co-operative negotiation, alternative dispute resolution and advocacy at all levels of court in Ontario.
