Through the Osler Workshop, Gillian focuses on transforming the business of law and providing maximum value to clients by addressing their pain points and service gaps through innovative products and packaged services, including Osler DashTM and Osler ACTionTM. Gillian’s 15 years as a commercial litigator and litigation partner at Osler, and three years in Client Development inform her understanding of client challenges and business objectives, and approach to developing and delivering customer-focused products and service offerings.
