Henry J. Chang

Henry J. Chang is a partner in the Firm’s Employment and Labor group and Tax group. He currently practises in the areas of Canadian and United States business immigration law, international business law, and cannabis law. A recognized authority in the field of United States and Canadian business immigration law, Henry writes and speaks extensively on the subject of United States/Canadian immigration law and other cross-border legal matters. His work has been published in numerous nationally- and internationally-recognized publications, including LexisNexis’ Immigration Law & Procedure, which has been cited in over 300 Federal Court decisions in cases from across the US circuit courts of appeals, federal district courts, and the US Supreme Court. Henry is also a frequent contributor to Huffington Post Canada on cross-border legal issues. Henry is consistently ranked as one of Canada’s top business immigration lawyers by Chambers Global, Chambers Canada, The Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Who’s Who Legal, and Best Lawyers.
