Jeffrey Vicq is the Chair of Clark Wilson’s Intellectual Property and Information Technology Practice groups. Jeffrey provides legal counsel and advice to some of the world’s most recognized brands on intellectual property law matters; he also routinely advises local governments and institutions on complex commercial law issues arising in the development, implementation, exploitation and transfer of IT-related products and services. He is a frequent speaker and author on intellectual property and technology law matters in both Canada and the United States. Jeffrey has been consistently recognized by Best Lawyers in Canada in the areas of Intellectual Property Law, Technology Law and Information Technology Law; he has also been named repeatedly to the World Trademark Review (WTR) 1000, which describes Jeffrey as “a revolutionary outside-the-box thinker and a strong partner.”
