Jessica practises primarily in the area of corporate taxation with a focus on corporate reorganizations, partnership structuring, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and resource taxation. She also advises high-net-worth individuals on all aspects of tax planning, including business reorganizations, trust and succession planning, philanthropic endeavours, and family office corporate governance. Jessica works with a wide range of clients, including owner-managed businesses, large multinationals and tax-exempt entities.
