Joanne is a member of the firm's Corporate/Commercial Group and Co-Chair of its Transportation Group. Her practice is focused on Canadian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, reorganizations and financings. Joanne has developed extensive experience in representing clients in the transportation industry, earning recognition as one of Canada’s leading practitioners in transportation law. She routinely advises clients engaged in truck, bus and rail operations as well as logistics services providers on transactions, licensing and regulation, cross-border issues and transportation agreements.
