Jody is a partner in McCarthy Tétrault’s Business Law Group in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on infrastructure, projects and general corporate and commercial law. Jody has significant experience in infrastructure projects in Canada, the United States and the Caribbean, and provides advice throughout the full life cycle of a project, including in connection with project procurement, structuring, bidding, transactional matters and ongoing governance, management and operational issues. Recent transactions include advising the lead equity member and developer of the consortium selected by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for the US$4.2 billion John F. Kennedy International Airport Terminal 6 and 7 Redevelopment Project, advising a Canadian concession company on its sale of a 49.9 per cent interest in the operator of the L.F. Wade International Airport (Bermuda), advising a transportation company in connection with a multi-jurisdictional syndicated financing arrangement, advising the successful proponent for the development of the Concession Program at Kansas City International Airport and advising Canada’s second largest international airport on various financing and operational matters.
